This dementia specific community respite house in the heart of Geelong is set in a residential area with resources to support up to 10 people across the early morning and evening. Overnight respite is available for up to 6 people, 7 days per week. Qualified staff are onsite 24 hours a day to support participants with social and daily activities. The layout of the house and gardens provides a safe and secure area to relax and enjoy some time outdoors.

St Laurence Lodge is situated on a spacious allotment of 1.5 acres with expansive gardens. The respite service provides support to carers of people living with dementia. Both day and overnight access is available Monday to Saturday year round. Carers are able to stay overnight with the person they care for if they wish or use the time to have a break. The program builds confidence for carers to enjoy a worry free break.

Day Respite - The Eric Hart Centre offers an opportunity for up to 14 people to experience a supported day with a choice of activities to suit many interests. The dedicated and professional St Laurence team coordinates a range of activities aimed at enhancing social and emotional wellbeing. Daily activities include a range of interests including such things as enjoying music, gentle exercises, quizzes, games and social events all in a safe welcoming environment.
