St Laurence Community Services Inc. is proud to announce the re-launch of its Kui Nursery located on the existing site at 101 Queen Street, Colac.
The Kui Nursery now houses a brand new retail store providing customers with merchandise displays to assist them best set up their gardens. Kui Nursery provides a range of plants and garden accessories.
Kui Nursery provides employment for people with a disability and has been operating for many years. The Nursery is your one stop shop for all your Australian native and other plant varieties.
Home grown from seeds collected in the local Colac region, you can be sure that Kui Nursery will have what you are looking for.
The grand re-launch event held on 14 June 2012 officially introduced the new facility to the public. The event and shop was officially opened by Colac Otway Shire Mayor Cr Stephen Hart.
The event incorporated St Laurence Chairperson Mr Don Blackmore and Cr Stephen Hart being the first two people to purchase plants from the new and improved Kui Nursery.

This rejuvenation forms part of a $1.2M complete renovation of the Queen Street, Colac property. At conclusion, Colac will have a state of the art learning facility designed for people with severe to profound and multiple disabilities that present with low to high care needs.
St Laurence needs your help to complete this project and will be seeking community support to raise funds and awareness for this project. A target of $100,000 to be raised via community fundraising initiatives has been set in order to achieve the goal of a fully comprehensive care centre with specialist equipment needed to help people with a disability learn to be independent and self-reliant.
