Occupancy Types
Rental
A range of housing types are available for older people on low incomes.
Rent is paid fortnightly with an annual rent review.
Rental accomodation is also available in the apartments at Tucker Court and in a number of freestanding units.
Licence to Occupy
A mix of attractive housing under licensed occupancy arrangements is available.
The resident purchases the right to live in the unit with full security of tenure,
under an agreement with St Laurence.
